The product is very good and there was a receiving issue with a mistake made in there shipping department. However the customer service rep was incredibly helpful and straightened out the issue and it was resolved. I was extremely impressed and appreciated the very quick response and resolution.

I love this pullover – product is well made – fits as advertised. USCCA Store shipped it pretty quick and receive within just a few days of placing my order. Proud to represent USCCA when i wear it – one minor issue – there is no care tag in it.
I like the item and the logos are nice. I originally ordered the 2XL size as I sometimes need to wear this size especially if the item is not a true-to-size item. Well, this item was, so I requested to return the item for an XL size. The customer service department authorized the return. But instead of returning the item, I was instructed to keep the 2XL item or give it to someone that could use it and sent me an XL item at no cost to me. Excellent Customer Service.
